Mr. Jones co-founded the Company after two decades leading business services organizations; including leading Business Value Associates, a premier tech sector strategy consulting firm; serving as SVP, Business Development with NextEra, a publicly traded technology services provider; and leading the US Shareholder Value consulting practice as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previously, he held senior positions in manufacturing operations at Thomson Electronics in Europe. Mr. Jones has an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a BSc in Engineering from the City University in London, UK. Mr. Jones is a frequent speaker, thought leader and widely published and quoted on clean- and high-tech, markets and finance. Mr. Jones also authored; ‘Boosting Cash Flow and Shareholder Value’ (John Wiley & Sons), and sits on various boards, including the Association for Strategic Planning.
Mr. Malloy co-founded the Company after 15 years as a serial entrepreneur and leader in business services. Mr. Malloy served as SVP, Sales & Marketing with Cachet Solutions, a software/services start-up serving Fortune 500 Financial Services clients, and was a Principal in the Business Strategy consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previously, Mr. Malloy held senior positions in technology and product development at Hewett Associates. Mr. Malloy earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, and his BA in Political Science from Carleton College. He currently serves on several boards; primarily venture companies in the renewable efficiency space; including PlanetTran and ElectraDrive.
Mr. McCaskill has two decades of advanced technology development and start-up experience. Mr. McCaskill is a recognized leader in social media technology, having played key technology leadership roles in Spredfast and Small World Labs. Previously, Mr. McCaskill was a senior executive in Dell Computers, following a successful career in consulting with Boston Consulting Group, and technology consulting with Sapient. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, and his BS in Computer Science and History from Yale University.
Mr. Rouser has over 25 years of experience in advanced technical and business advisory services, assisting clients define key business objectives and configuring business operations to achieve those objectives. Following his service with the United States military, Mr. Rouser began his career in the commercial sector as an Information Technology executive with Bechtel. Mr. Rouser subsequently shifted to technology services businesses, first as VP, Professional Services with Citadon, and then as President at Visilent. He was Vice President at Transformative Sustainable Solutions, where he led Project DX; one of the first energy management software service providers. Mr. Rouser earned his MBA from Boston University, and a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
Mr. Craze has more than 25 years of experience in sales of complex services to senior decision-makers. In the most recent eight years, Mr. Craze has focused on sales to utility providers; most recently as Vice President of Sales at E Source, providing various information services, and at Aclara, providing customer engagement software. Previously, Mr. Craze was in key sales executive positions at Avaya, McGraw-Hill, and other leading US businesses. Mr. Craze earned his BS in Journalism, majoring in Advertising from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Dan has returned from his secondment at the World Bank to lead the Energy and Resources Group (ERG), Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a Founding Director of the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory (RAEL). Dan is a recognized thought leader in renewable energy for local, State and Federal policy setters, and leading US utility companies.
Chris is a Professor of Finance at the Harvard Business School, and is a recognized thought leader in behavioral finance. Chris previously taught at London Business School in the Finance Department.

Matthew Harding is an Economist who conducts research on Applied Econometrics with a focus on the use of Big Data to answer crucial policy questions in Energy/Environment and Health/Nutrition. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Stanford University and a Stanford Institute for Economics Policy Research (SIEPR) Faculty Fellow.
